My name is Denise, a 35+ year old mother to five singletons. This is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
I will share with you, what I did, FOR FREE, but I am not a certified specialist, yet, just an average person who battled
being over weight for many years.

Children, marriage, depression and life were all a contribute to me being over weight, and mostly because I didn't care about myself after many
years of the same thing. I tried many different ways to lose weight, with no success. After over eight years of battling my weight,
Early 2005, I taught myself nutrition by reading a lot of information online.

One day, I picked up Dr Phil's weight loss book. I was so determined to lose the weight, what could it hurt.
I read the first eleven pages, waiting for him to give me the magic answer...when it finally hit me. Mind over matter and will
power. I put down the book after eleven pages and busted butt, literally.

I began this journey at 198lbs. BMI 35.1% "Obesity II"
I'm 5'4", medium build.
*My highest weight was 230lbs*
